New Long wavelength antenna (LWA) installed and commissioned at observatory "Scherrer" near Heiterswil, Switzerland

Observatory "Scherrer" near Heiterswill is operated by college Wattwil, Switzerland. The LWA is connected to a Callisto spectrometer observing frequencies below 100 MHz.
